Daniel obtained his Juris Doctor of Law (First Class Honours) from Bond University in January 2014, where he received Top in Class awards for various subjects as well as Deans List and Vice Chancellors List awards for high academic standing in various semesters. Daniel obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alberta in 2010, where he received the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference Academic Athlete Award for maintaining an exceptional GPA while playing university sport.
Daniel provides a high level of legal services to a number of commercial and civil litigation clients, including ICBC personal injury (plaintiff), trip and falls, contract and commercial disputes, construction and real estate disputes, employment disputes, accelerated depreciation claims, and ICBC insurance breach claims. He has experience in the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as various litigation procedures such as Chambers Applications, Examinations for Discovery, Trial Management Conferences, Pre-Hearing Conferences, and Mediations.
Daniel is on the Board of Directors for the Surrey Bar Association and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Surrey Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. He also co-chairs the Young Lawyers of Surrey sub-chapter of the Surrey Bar Association.
In his free time, Daniel plays soccer in the Vancouver Metro Soccer League, snowboards and golfs.
